David Lopez, a 2025 sophomore at Shawnee State, and President of the SSU Student Veterans of America (SVA) Chapter, was accepted and attended a highly coveted experience during the SVA Leadership Institute in October at the nations capital.

The Ohio National Guard Scholarship covers all tuition and general fees.泭泭
Dependent Benefits Chapter 35 (DEA)泭
Tuition assistance is provided for dependents of veterans. Full tuition is also provided to dependents through The Ohio War Orphans Scholarship.泭
Post 9/11 GI Bill泭簧 Chapter 33泭
Covers up to 100% of all tuition, general fees and course fees and includes a book stipend. Offered to veterans and can be transferred to dependents.泭
